About Massarius

Massarius is a publisher trading desk and makes programmatic trading possible for medium-sized publishers. We are responsible for all automated sales of their advertising space. Your role as Technical account manager

In the role of Technical Account Manager you are responsible for analyzing and optimizing the entire process from our publishers to the actual advertisers. Your goal is to identify and forward complications, provide technical support to other account managers and review and audit technical implementations (troubleshooting). You work closely with our developers, account managers and business analysts to solve the identified problems.

As a Technical Account Manager you have a proactive role and will be responsible for, among other things:

  • Creating performance reports and analyses.
  • Optimizing the process from publisher to advertiser.
  • Identifying problems in technical scripts.
  • Troubleshooting in our technical systems.
  • An optimal customer experience.
  • Technical support from the account managers

Our ideal Technical account manager

  • Has a university working and thinking level, or HBO level with 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Basic skills in Javascript and/or HTML
  • Has a curious attitude and is a self-starter.
  • Enjoys identifying a problem.
  • Has strong analytical skills and can communicate well.
  • Has an affinity with technology
  • Speaks Dutch and English, Spanish is a bonus.
